• To request a return, please log in to your Berkowits account, go to the "My Orders" section, and select the order you wish to return. Follow the provided instructions to submit your return request.

• If you receive a product in a damaged or leaked condition, we understand your concern and will assist you promptly.
• In such cases, you must provide a package unboxing video to claim a refund or return. This video will help us understand the issue and expedite the resolution process.
